Questions about booking direct
Is it safe to book directly on your website?
Yes. Payments go through our booking system with card processing by a regulated provider, and you receive a confirmation email with the full details of your stay straight away.
What is your cancellation policy?
Each property shows its cancellation terms on the booking page before you pay. Most of our homes offer free cancellation up to a set number of days before arrival.
Can I pay in instalments or on arrival?
Payment is taken online at the time of booking. For stays of a month or more, contact us on WhatsApp and we can agree a schedule.
Do I get the same service as on Airbnb?
Better. You deal with our local team from the first message, we can hold dates while you sort flights, and we can arrange transfers, early check-in or extra beds without a platform in the middle.
