Maltese Stays is the guest brand of Landlord Care, a boutique short-let management company founded in Malta over four years ago. We manage around thirty homes for their owners, from Valletta townhouses to penthouses with pools, and we deliberately keep the portfolio small so that we can look after each one properly.

The team lives in Malta. We set up each home, photograph it, keep it maintained, and answer guests ourselves. Every property holds a Malta Tourism Authority holiday licence, is professionally cleaned between stays, and comes with hotel-quality linen and a local contact available around the clock.
